Water consumption
During the last year I have been experimenting with
body soaks that rid my body of the heavy metals and harmful chemicals. When the metals and chemicals were moving greatly out of my body I had to be very careful to monitor three things: The amount of water, minerals and magnesium I was consuming.
- At one point in time my body was requiring (according to muscle testing) 130 ounces of water each day to be able to handle the detoxing process. Reverse osmosis water or natural spring water is what my naturopath recommends.
